Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Place the unwashed and unworn items back in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and labels remain attached.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop the package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
